Representative Peter DeFazio of Oregon will deliver the keynote speech at next month’s Craft Brewers Conference in Chicago. DeFazio, who is a homebrewer himself, is the co-founder of the House Small Brewers Caucus, a bipartisan group that has grown to more than 60 members.
